Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Unattended appointments will be charged at 50% and must be paid before another appointment may be booked.

Unfortunately, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, this may be cancelled or altered as the timing may have an impact on the next client.

Equally I ask that you are on time and not early to avoid congestion with parking and interrupting another clients service. This is especially prevalent now due to covid and the extra hygiene measures that are required between clients to prevent client crossover.

Please do not attend your appointment if you are ill or suffering from any sickness or flu like symptoms.
